I ordered a Reman Transmission for my 2002 Silverado, my son and I did the install... so I know great care was taken installing the Transmission. After the install all forward gears worked, reverse would not engage, but reverse lights came on. The Transmission was under warranty so I called the warranty shop and they sent me another Reman transmission.
