We were stranded when our car broke down while visiting Rochester and since it was a Sunday evening all other rental car places were closed. Affordable auto picked up my call right away and helped us get in a vehicle back to the cities in less than a half an hour. He gave us a great rate and just wanted to do anything he could to help us get back home. So grateful we called, would recommend 10/10

I called enterprise 30 minutes before they closed and they had already sent their pickup drivers home for the day. I needed a rental to get to work. All the other places were closing. I got ahold of Joel and they were closing in 20 minutes and he was on his way to picking me up before I got off the phone with him. They picked me up and gave me a ride to the mechanic 3 times in the sherad of getting my car fixed. They were very helpful. dont let the 4 5star reviews deceive you this place is amazing. Rented a Toyota Corolla for a month from affordable auto rental. Truly 5 star customer service - strongly recommend you consider them! The car was great for the price.
