I didn’t go back to remedy and I am totally very late in leaving this review because I was dealing with the death of my mom and it wasn’t a priority at the time. Recently I decided to finally post this because I still feel duped out of $300. My appointment was for a detail with a ceramic coat maintenance. After they started the detail the owner (yes the new ownership) mentioned they didn’t feel comfortable doing the ceramic maintenance since they didn’t know what product was used. Initially Affordable Auto Detailing worked out a good price to have my windows tinted. The owners stressed multiple times that he stands by his product and provides a lengthy warranty. The work was done well at their shop in Nevada City, except that the driver's side window ended up with a hair in the film. That is when things became difficult. Tim and Forrest came out and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Haven't seen my engine bay look this clean since I bought it. All of my seats are fresh and looking brand new thanks to their hard work. Thank you guys for coming all the way to Yuba City to give my car a serious make over. I'll be recommending Affordable Auto Detailing for anyone that wants great work at a great price.
I called to see if somebody can come out to detail some spots on my Tesla and Tim helped me over the phone and told me what to do. He Was very professional and took care of my issue.
