Fixed two vechicles here.. they did a good job and the labor cost was what one would expect.
Called to make appointment for diagnosis. They diagnosed it and we paid to have it fixed by them. It didn't fix the ride. We paid the diagnostic fee + the fix it fee and it still was not fixed. They then blamed the tires. We took it and had new wheels and tires on it and took it back to them with the same issue. The shop got mad and refused to see us. They took our money and refused a true diagnosis. Crooked. Do NOT USE.
I first took in my truck for a tire rotation, simple enough and I had an appointment. 45 minutes later and twice as much as what Walmart charged we were finished. That was ok cause Walmart won’t take appointments for rotations. I wish I would’ve listened to my gut right away……I have a bad habit of putting people first. A month or two later we brought in our Mazda around December 2024, By the 6th trip back in 6 weeks with the exact same problem and $1000 bill later they said to take it to a dealership.
