I wouldn't take a hot wheels car to Terry to work on. Very unprofessional and not to mention a liar, destroyed my truck and tried to cover everything up. Definitely dishonest and sorry. DON'T SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED!!!
The owner didn't call us for over a week and when we went down there to get an update on our truck, the whole front end was crushed in. The owner never called us to tell us and when we got there he said a truck rolled off a trailer and rolled into our truck. There was so much damage to our truck we took it to another shop which told us our truck had been in a high speed wreck. This place of business is awesome! The staff is so nice and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to everyone! They also do a very good job with working on cars. This post is from "white mustang"
Very very rude and unprofessional! I would not go to them at all! They lied about our diagnosis on our vehicle to our insurance company. Was told they took apart our vehicle to diagnose it but their mechanic informed us that they did not and that what they said was the cause of our issue in fact wasn’t it it was due to something else
