I live in Anniston, Alabama and my daughter attends University of Southern Mississippi on yesterday she was packed and all ready to come home to surprise her dad for his birthday. I scheduled an appointment to get my car repaired and had to take off work to do so. The day I took my car in, there were so many excuses as to why they may NOT get to my vehicle after I've scheduled to be there! Then here it is a month later and the part they supposedly has blown up and caused my car to catch fire! Three women and three children in the car!!!! I do not trust these people and never will again!!! I would never ever go to this place again!
They were able to fit me in on a busy Friday even though they were swamped. Quickly ordered and had my part delivered. Fixed my a.c. in record time with friendly service.
