Worst service and customer service ever. I took my truck for a simple smog check, after 3 and half hours, they still had not called, and they were about to close. If it wasn’t because I call, at 4:40 pm (they close at 5) I would not have known that my truck was “turning off“ therefore they couldn’t do the test. According to them it kept turning off, and yet I had the truck running for over 10 minutes while I waited to get my papers, and ask what happened but they say it’s different in a Smog machine.
