As as a resident, it's the best assisted living facility in which I've ever lived. Their staff is always pleasant and supportive. Nutrition is good, the home is clean and in good repair. The atmosphere is upbeat. It doesn't get any better.
As an RN, with experience caring for Home Health patients, I have seen many Board & Care facilities. Now, in a search for my own family member, I found this home to be clean, well furnished and decorated. The Resident Manager George was very gracious and appeared to be knowledgable and very caring about his clients. When I asked questions related to how they handle an elderly person with dementia, his answers were sympathetic and understanding, but also with specifics in how they might deal with troublesome behaviors.
