Called and spoke to Chris on 7/24 and he asked that I text him the address and he would be able to get to it the following week. I tried to contact him a few days a later to get an exact date and could never get an answer. Calls to his number went unanswered as did emails. If you actually need an appraisal done don't contact this business.
