This is the second time I have needed their services, once again I was happy with the way I was treated, from the first phone call until the tech left. In this instance the washer could not be repaired, but I was given great advice on what to look for in a new washer. I feel confident in going to look for something new. The pricing for the service call was very fair and they showed up when they said they would. It is great to deal with someone honest and knowledgeable.

I've used them a few times and they were very knowledgeable and fair. Plus they came out the same day and fixed it the same day.
I had a poor experience with them. They changed my appointment time, then showed up much later than when they told me they would and then quoted me prices for parts and labor that we're about 5 to 10 times higher than what they actually cost. Well I had to pay for the service call( which is reasonable) I decided to cancel the repair and do it myself. Hopefully this is just my experience and not the typical way that they handle things.
