Tony was great. Came when he said he would. Repaired refrigerator and gave information on tips to help avoid this problem and others that this brand is apt to have.

After being told that we needed a new pump and a kit and then the labor charge which amounted, in total, to the price of a new dishwasher we decided to let that national service go. He was more interested in selling a maintenance contract than finding out what was wrong with a relatively new dishwasher. I then called Affordable Appliance.
