Excellent oven repair services at very reasonable prices!
Very poor customer service. Appointments was never on time and never called to inform me of the delays and why. I always had to call them and I felt like I was more of a inconvenience than a customer
11/9/21 Vino came to the house and charge 100 for a service/house call which, had to be paid, regardless. He said, "the parts for the dryer would have to be ordered". I called George, on 11/10/21, he stated, "the parts would be coming from Florida but due to 11/11/21 holiday the mail would be delayed by 1 day for parts". I called back on 11/15/21 George stated the part had to come from Georgia and stated, "there was an issue in Florida." Came out the next day had to wait until the next day to get dryer repaired
George was a joy to meet and work with. I will surely call him again.
