My refrigerator broke and they were at my house about an hour after I called. Great service, great guys, affordable repair. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance repairs.
Used for years. Recently used for my freezer which was not cooling. Told me the defrost was frozen up and needed to be thawed. Charge was $330. Now it is frozen again. I made two calls to owner and he has yet to return my calls. I finally contacted another repair service and they determined the board was bad. I do not believe this just happened.
The owner came out same day to diagnose and ultimately repair our ice maker. He was in-and-out in no time. I will absolutely be using them again when needed.
Very disappointed in the service we received. After speaking with someone about having the same issue after paying 250 no results. On top of no response when trying to get someone back out. Totally ghosted us and will not answer our calls. Do not recommend
Very disappointed in the service from Affordable Appliance Repair Service. Had work done on my refrigerator on 2 occasions and still not working properly. Called to have my washing machine repaired on Monday was told he would be here on Wednesday , it is Wednesday and we have not heard from him. He did call on Tuesday and confirm he would be here still no show. I will be using another repair service for any further services.
