Rick came to my home to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator he said he had repaired 100's of these types of problems and had even contacted Whirlpool about how to modify the drain opening. He finished with the repair and I paid him $86.60 . The next morning I had ice in freezer again so I phoned Rick and he said it was not possible to have ice in the freezer again. He has not returned my calls or texts, I would not recommend Affordable Appliance Repair to anyone, he is nothing more than a crook.
