Just to make an appointment, I had to call several times and left messages before they bothered to called back. At that point, I was skeptical about making an appointment, but I went ahead an scheduled one anyway. We have used Rick at Affordable Appliance Repair twice for 3 diffferent repairs. He is efficient and fixes problems without having to order parts. He is the best! I will always call on him! Also prompt!
