Do not do business with this place. Our home warranty company sent them out to look at our stove. After switching the circuit breakers on and off he told my fiancé the stove was fixed and tried leaving. I went out to the technicians car and asked him to explain to me what was wrong. He said to call him if the problem persists. When I asked him what was wrong he mumbled something about the control center. I asked him to order one since it needed fixed. He said ok. First - this a small operation. Anyone expecting the usual corporate business treatment should move on. I mean this as a positive. Paul, the operator of this private business has been repairing appliances for over 40 years and it shows. Second - any other business will charge you just to come out. Usually around $130. They won't charge you ANYTHING unless they can fix it and the pricing is transparent and very reasonable. Additionally, they'll go as far as to explain what they are doing if you show an interest. Please stay away from this company. My home warranty company sent them over to fix appliances. They kept skip the appointment without any notification over 3 times. The appliance is not fixed more than 1 month. They don't have the capability to identify the root cause of the problem, nor service on time. Very disappointed.
Dryer had chewed up drum rollers. I called everywhere ,no one had parts in stock but could order them and availability was several days later. Found Affordable and owner Paul, spoke w him and he had all the parts I needed. I drove to his establishment and am very glad and grateful I did so. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. A bright spot in today's world. Kudos and a very big thankyou to Paul from my family!
Horrible customer service. Took me 2 weeks to get them on the phone to make an appointment. They assured me they service my area to fix my dryer. The appointment was set another week out. Then the night before the appt they canceled saying they made a mistake that they don't service my area. Very Unprofessional!!!!
