Washing machine wouldn't drain. Wasn't ready to replace it just yet. Called Affordable Appliance Repair and they set up a same day appt with a 2-hr window. Jeff called me to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes (drain pump) and gave me a very reasonable price to replace it. He had the part already in the van, no need to get it from a warehouse and wait. I'm guessing when they took the model number and problem they put one onboard or maybe it's a standard use drain pump. John on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff, the technician was fantastic and worked to save us money. I highly recommend them.
A real person answered my call on a holiday and then came out the next day! I was shocked with the fabulous response. Then, the repair tech showed us the parts that were broken and explain each item needing to be replace and why- super nice and awesome service! Highly recommended!
