Quick and friendly service. Vaughn was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Got our washer back up and running and at a fair price. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I have used this company several times, and each time resulted in a successful repair. They are inexpensive, responsive and knowledgeable. They almost always are able to come out on the same day or the next day. You get a live person when you call (probably the owner). It's a pleasure to do business with them.
I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Appliance Repair! When I spoke with John in the office and explained our somewhat urgent situation, he arranged with one of his technicians to come out the very next day to check our dryer. Vaughn diagnosed the problem immediately. He was punctual, professional, helpful, courteous, friendly, and helped us immediately resolve our problem. I would not hesitate to call AAR in the future for any appliance repair needs!!
Was given a second phone number just to be told they couldn't help me. I called to try and get a tech to look at my dishwasher. The guy on the phone said "I have someone I can recommend to you" and gave me a name and a number for someone else without explanation. I assumed it was someone who worked for them or had a referral deal with. I called the second number.
