If you decide to go ahead with the estimate, then there should be no service call charge to you. You should only pay parts, tax & labor for the appliance repair. This was the case with my refrigerator when they repaired it. Unfortunately not with my stove, the fee wasn't wavied. Took no more than 10 minutes to replace a 65.00 part wasn't thrilled with the 275.00 total. Wasn't an emergency called at 8am, he showed up at 1pm. I like Ramsey he's a good man, wish they didn't change their policy.

Friendly, fast service for a freezer drawer that wasn't closing properly for 4 years. The ABT delivery people put the freezer bin in backwards. Ramsey fixed it very quickly without laughing at us!
