The technician came inside took a look at the dryer, said he was going outside for something and never came back! The technician nor the owner are not answering or responding. They "fixed" my dryer a month ago and the same thing broke. I have the receipt. Every interaction with them was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Came to the house to repair the dishwasher. Could not repair, said it needed a new pump motor. Two weeks later no pump. Called a dozen times. No call back. This went on for two months. No pump. No return calls. Lousy company - don't use this company its terrible.

I made two separate appointments with this company didn’t show up either time. When I called they told me that they weren’t interested in my job. And made excuses for not coming.

The WORST! Experience I have EVER! had came and fixed my dryer broke again! 1 week later charged me $300.00 called to get repaired the owner called me every!Cuss word in the book and hung up on me twice! I was ripped off! Do Not! use this company

CALLED TO REPAIR WASHER- TECH CAME OUT- CHARGED ME 127.00 DID NOT FIX ISSUE- CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS- HUNG UP ON ME- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-SHE STATED EVERYONE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS AND SHE COULDNT TAKE IT- THEN GET ANOTHER JOB!!!!!
