Jeff & John were amazing! I called for service on my Samsung dryer and Jeff came on the scheduled date. The problem was explained and he offered options so the choice was my decision. I didn't feel pressured or upsold on something else that wasn't needed. A part had to be ordered so they couldn't fix the issue the same date. I got called mid-morning saying the part came in and Jeff came out that same day to finish the repair. Good price and they were very helpful. For me, the service was great and I would highly recommend.
John fixed my washer quick, and it was affordable, they were on time and professional. I’ve used them a few times and will continue.
Jeff and John did amazing job fixing and repairing my washer and dryer. Also went above and beyond made sure to tell me how to keep it maintained. That way I did not run into any unexpected repairs highly recommend using these guys great customer service on time . Can’t ask for any better
Called Friday, said he couldn't be here until Tuesday. Said I would call him in a few and let him know if OK. I did, mailbox full, sent text, no response and this is late Saturday.
"USE THIS COMPANY" Honest ...Totally affordable! My dishwasher did not turn on. Jeff checked everything reset the balance of washer. Found a bad outlet. He only charged a service fee. Very reasonable! Thank you guys...
