We purchased 4 items from Affordable Appliance in Tracy, Mn 5 months ago and have yet to receive them! I have been on the phone and texting since the first week of December 2018 to get them to deliver with no luck. First excuse was they didn't have a truck ( only one truck?) and now it's the snow that is keeping them from delivery. We told them that we were moving into our home on February 21st, so now we have lived for a week with no appliances! This is no longer acceptable and we seem to have no resolution.. any suggestion... read more

the frig was at our store all along, and with the weather in feburary we had several deliveries cancel, and without a truck we just couldn't get them, we stayed in contact with you and kept you up to date the whole time, we told you upfront that will take 8 to 12 weeks.... after being completely wiped out last july from flooding.. we are moving forward and doing the best for our customers..
I would give them a 0 if I could. Don't just trust Google reviews. Look at the Better Business Bureau's website. They have 3 reviews (all negative) and 5 complaints. The owner, Darin Horner (see his own review), will refuse to call you when you have a complaint. We purchased a bundle from Affordable Appliance Plus on 3/28/2017. It was to be brand new Samsung appliances that were a 2017 model "open box" from a trade-show. They weren't to have any scratches or dents and we were told they would in the store in 2-4 weeks. wow this review is funny, we give this lady a FREE brand new in box dishwasher.. a bigger tv, than she was suppose to get, she got her card refunded, and tried getting even more money through the courts, and she is calling us the crook.. this lady is the crook.. if you don't give her exactly what whe wants, she threatens with everything.. .. our owner is the most fair person and giving person there is.. hands down..
If there was a way to give a negative star rating I would! I ordered a set of Maytag appliances on February 23, 2018 in the amount of $3005.43. They had started out by saying they would be there in 3-6 weeks, they called and said it would be delayed a little longer. first off open box appliances take anywhere from 4 to 20 weeks to full fill. we try and tell our customers this right up front.. we told Lisa end mid june that here appliances had come in .. and we were going to be closed over the 4th and be back on the 5th.. Tracy mn was basically completely flooded.. homes were nearly destroyed with raw sewage as well as business.. we try our very best.. we have tons and tons of happy customers, its very ez to write reviews like this when your angary, but when your happy its to much work..
My fiance and I purchased a truckload of televisions from Affordable in the amount of $9300 with shipping, on February 23, 2018. We were told that the load with consist of store returns, floor models, overstocks etc. That they would be a few broken or missing pieces in the load. We paid them in cash and told a 3-4 week delivery. On March 13, my fiance sent a message asking about the load and if they had heard anything regarding the load, so we could get a rough idea on when to expect delivery. this is so far off, Lucas had bought a load of tvs yes, on his receipt, it clearly states, RETURNS, floor models, etc... Returns can meen damaged, he only went through the 1st 20 tvs, out of over 100.. this was a salvage load, he paid return price, your not going to get all brand new tvs in a box for 5800.00 that is crazy to think, anyway after the fact he had refused the load, after he already had got 3500 in a refund, he wanted to take the ones that were in the box and take 3 pallets of goods from our store, we like to ple... read more
I ordered a pallet of TVs from Affordable appliances Plus, was told when i ordered them That they would be in stock in 14-21 days. After 3 months of getting excuse after excuse, they would tell me they are in transit they should be here next week. Again this went on for months. I finally realized I’m never going to get my TVs i called them and they told me to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. It took me another 3 months to get my money back. I purchased 5 pallets of TVs, 40 total, on 11-7-17 for $3,410. They were supposed to be delivered to me in 7-10 business days. I was told with Thanksgiving, they were delayed a few days. No problem, I could wait. After calling or sending a message at least once a week for 4.5 months, and being told on multiple occasions that they would be there Thursday, or next week, or Friday afternoon, I requested my money back because they never showed up. I ordered and paid for appliances 3 months before requesting delivery of them. I set up delivery about 3 weeks out of moving into my home, called a couple days ahead to confirm delivery and I was not on the list. Then find out that they do not have all the appliances I ordered and paid for 3 months ago. We bought a washer and dryer from them on September 15th 2016. They had to order it and said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. We still have enough received it at all. We get excuse after excuse after excuseach when we call. Now we called and asked for our money back cause we are going someplace else . Now they are giving us the run around again.
