Customer service wasn't that great. Girl had an attitude from the very first word she spoke. She spoke to the service manager and they "didn't want to get involved in the situation". There was absolutely no situation, they just didn't want to go out to Ave E to fix an appliance. First and last time calling them.
She bought a deep freezer and she loves it. Ms Sandy
Would have gotten 5 stars but the selection wasn't very big. Jessica was very courteous and helpful. We found a used washer at an affordable price
