I travel a lot for work so I'm away from my vehicle for long periods of time, so I was in a bind when my vehicle inspection was due. My car broke down on the interstate and everyone I called wanted a very high fee. I found this business on Google and called them. The woman who answered the phone had the best customer service. She was so nice! They got my car and took it where I asked with zero issues and very quick service. The driver called and was so friendly and informative on how to submit it to my insurance. My car was cutting off. I told them what it was doing they said the fix so I went to pick up my car drove one day. Got down on petercreek and the car cut off 3 time and one time in my drive way. So I call mr.Charlie and they told to bring it back so I did they had it for another week then I call them to check they told me that I need to take to the dealership. They done some work on the car but they didn't fix the problem. And paid $984.98. So icall them for some of my money back because they didn't fix my car like they prom... read more
