Thanks so much Brett and team for replacing our Evap system. It was on its way out and Brett gave us recommendations and provided not only a cost effective solution, but an expertise in what the area of the house needed to keep us comfortable through the WA heat.

I'm very disappointed with the lack of follow-through from this business. I scheduled air conditioning service twice (via the business owner), and both times, no one showed up. There was no call or explanation. Furthermore, after a previous service , I received a list of action items to improve my system, and despite my expectation, I never received a call back to schedule the work. I cannot recommend this business based on my experiences.
I was super impressed with the knowledge and service from these guys. The pricing was very reasonable also. I highly recommend this company for new products, installation and repairs. So good.
Professional. Used on multiple occasions. Preferred installer. Will use again.
