11/8/2021: called reference $99.00 Special ... unable to make appointment until February . That was acceptable. Did not schedule because they requested we pay NOW, @ time of scheduling. Not on my watch... I will not blindly turn over any funds before a service is provided.

Hi Patricia. We do apologize for the inconvenience with us being booked up until February in your area. With the $99 Facebook promotion we are asking for a $30 deposit to hold your appointment and to lock in the promotion price. The $30 deposit also goes towards your cleaning cost as well. From the moment we called to the service itself and leaving the house completely unscathed, very professional, efficient and friendly service. Quoted us a fair price with no hidden fees, the air is so much cleaner! This is an older house and pretty sure the vents had never been cleaned before. Fantastic job and I would highly recommend. I recently moved into a rental house, and I didn't realize until the heater kicked on last weekend that it was going to be blowing out a black/brown dusty dog hair version of the plague all over the house. I called Affordable and they actually had a crew available that afternoon and were here within an hour. The crew and office staff were great! Everything was explained in detail and was done with care. I'm absolutely 100% satisfied with the service that was provided. Thanks so much, ya'll!
