This is the 2nd time I've used Affordable Air. Last year they were out in 30 min of my call and had my unit fixed. This time we needed a new unit. I called and within a hour they were here and had my new unit installed and running perfectly. I highly recommend this company!!
This is not my choice for heating and A/C repair, but that of my Home Warranty company. They respond promptly and did the minimum repair to get the system up quickly. I have an issue with over 1,300% mark up on parts. The invoice reflected a charge of $123.00 for a contactor. The identical branded part is $9.38 at a local home store. The initial quote visit was incredible. They came next day, bright and early and on time. We were giving the best quote yet! Financing was quick and easy. On Installation day, they arrived at the exact time they said they would, already had tools in hand stepping out of their truck, and ready to work on the dismantling the old system.
