Excellent service until the install complete. Then 7 weeks later you are on your own. Never again!
Scheduled a service request with warranty company. Also scheduled with dispatch. Contractor did not show up. Will not answer phone, text messages or voicemails. It’s been 4 days and still nothing. Have been waiting over a week to get HVAC fixed. Another ENC home repair business marked off the list.
Once again … they have shown professionalism and care in their work.. my new ac had a hiccup for unknown reason however this guy Mike comes out here and brainstorms and tests everything and found a reason for the hiccup but did further by rechecking everything and even double checking the work as well and got this ac back up and running and while sweating by the gallon he still took the time to explain more about this ac and what this is and that and reasoning … I recommend this company across the board !!! Good job!!!
