Initial conversation was amazing. Scheduled to do a couch deep clean. Received an appointment has been confirmed text message. The day is here to clean my couch and she calls saying that we are not in her schedule and there must have been a glitch. No apology offered. Just "it's my son's birthday". Fabulous, it is also my birthday and we have a party planned here tonight and now we are scrambling to find someone. She did offer to reschedule but 2-3 hours after the initial time. This company does great work. They are timely and professional. I was very pleased with my clean carpet. It looks like new again. She worked hard trying to get a spot out. Thanks again for the carpet cleaning.
