My oil burner went out this past Saturday at 11:00 p.m. during a real feel temperature of -17°. We called a bunch of companies and all of them either didn't return the call or were too busy to come fix it. Finally, at 3:00 a.m. we went to the aire serve website and were able to schedule an appointment via the chatbot for 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
