I have used Affordability three times in the past three years at different locations. They have given good service and pricing. The first time I dealt with Jose. This second time with Alex. The third time with Gabriella. They are very friendly, professional and thorough.
I've used Affordability at multiple properties over the last 3-4 years and have always been satisfied. Recently had 2 units die at the same time (late July in the upper 90s all week...) Great value on 2 different brand new York systems - 1) 3.5 Ton packaged unit serving downstairs and 1) modulating split-system serving the upstairs which has always been 10 degrees warmer. Really happy with the value - especially on the upstairs unit - really efficient system, very quiet and a lot cheaper than the competition!
