This Company owe us money for goods provided and they refuse to answer or return any phone calls. I would be very careful as a customer and would not touch them as a supplier.
We ordered our tiny home a little over a year ago and have been mostly happy with the product we got. We went with what we thought would be a high quality product as we paid a fair bit for it. The hot water system was giving us problems and we were told that this is outside the warranty period of 1 year. The individual components warranty is not shared in the contract, so we don't know what it is (until we have an issue). We’ve been providing cleaning service for them since July 2022 and none of any service invoices were paid on time( always overdue). And for the latest invoice for March and April 2023, the director Marlene uses different excuses to delay payment. Their project management was horrible, and always asked us to arrange cleaning the last minute. Just think of what kind of company will default on cleaning fee.
