Awesome Customer service! When I had an issue about a final sale item, they advised they could only exchange to a different size. That's all I needed was to exchange size! Everyone has a final sale on all sale items now, that wasn't a huge deal. Most of the negative reviews are about final sale, like come on! Really? That is almost everywhere now. Bait & Switch with showing one product on site or within an email, and then actually shipping another. Won't issue refunds. Send wrong sizes. A complete mess of a company. STAY AWAY.

I received a promotional email on Friday July 27, 2018 which stated that 40% off would be given off of fully priced items, excluding sale/discounted items for the weekend only. On Saturday both my husband and I had sale and full priced items we were interested in purchasing and the coupon code did not work. I was given a discount code that magically disappeared after hitting complete order. I made them aware of this right away and all they did was argue with me saying that the code was for returning customers. I am a returning customer and have the proof but they still continued to deny finally just coming up with that’s against our policy. They are a big company and so worried about holding onto ten dollars. They obviously only care about money and not one bit about customers. I think they are running a scam
