AFFIX employees Martin and Jerry are professional, highly skilled, thorough, efficient, and courteous. The entire process was smooth and customer friendly. I got a reasonable estimate quickly, the work was scheduled expeditiously, and the job was completed on time and with no cost overruns. Martin communicated their progress during their time on site, and he was also kind enough to document the work they performed and he provided photos. AFFIX is an all-around first-class organization.
A-FFIX did a phenomenal job retrofitting my split-level home. This team was just absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Professional, communicative, answered all of our questions and concerns with patience and respect, and above all, did a fantastic job on the retrofit of our very odd old home in a thorough way. This team made me feel so relieved and happy that I chose them for this update and I knew that I was in the right hands from the very beginning due to their professionalism and preparedness. We are very happy with our seismic retrofit. From the first no-pressure inspection with Bruce, to the "job well done" from the inspector, to finishing touches by Martin and Jerry at the end, we received great communication and knew what to expect and when. A retrofit is noisy and dusty and some of ours was indoors, and we greatly appreciated the attention to minimizing the impact on our living space. They were also very conscientious about securing our pets!
Very professional service and a pleasure to work with. Can't imagine having an earthquake retrofit project going any smoother than ours did.
