Affirmative Construction (Kurt D) signed a contract with us in Dec. 2023. I terminated him in the permit for ABANDONMENT, MISHANDING OF FUNDS and POOR WORKMANSHIP. roof leaking, installed windows leaking , cracked foundation, holes in the block wall, etc... He has taken over $150K in progress payments and left us in debt with sub-contractor. We are now at a loss of over $60K. I HIGHLY recommend not using Affirmative Construction for your next project!
