I got referred to Dr. Anand after my previous gynecologist retired. After having had a terrible experience with the previous doctor with the Mirena IUD insertion, I was very anxious around the replacement of the IUD. I know it worked well for me, but the negative experience made me really concerned around pain management. Avoid Dr. Lalani at all cost. Extremely unprofessional, disregards any information provided to him regarding the medical issue, and ignorantly sticks to his "Confirmation Bias". Has zero sympathy for the patient and shrugs off the patient's concern. You'd have to die for him to take your issue seriously.
I asked for the latest appointment of the day so I didn't have to miss work. They scheduled me for 3pm but it was clear they could've scheduled me for later. I took off a couple of hours from work and got an Uber there that cost me $25 so I wouldn't be late. Wasted my time and money. When I got there, I waited 25 minutes with no update and just watched one of the receptionists talking to someone about their kids for that time. If I could give Dr. Anand 10 + stars I WOULD! This professional, compassionate and kind doctor goes above and beyond for her patient's - entire care. I went in very concerned and came out optimistic! The front staff, also kind and friendly. Thanks to you all.
I had multiple appointments with Dr. Lalani that were cancelled last minute or where he never called me for a phone appointment. I was very disappointed with my experience with this clinic, and after a couple months of having appointments rescheduled I will be trying to get a referral elsewhere.
