they just call u a few times in a few minutes and never pick up your call back and marked you as no show. Super unethical. They made appointments for you for the day you said u cannot attend to try to limit the chance for you to make it to the appointment. It is a scam. Avoid them at all costs for Dr Lalani.
Dr. Anand is the best, kindest doctor I’ve seen in my 8 yrs in Canada. She explains everything calmly and thoroughly and is just a nice, gentle, kind human. The front and back staff were also very kind and polite. From someone who has lots of anxiety around dr. appointments, I can say the 2 appointments I’ve had there so far were exceptional. Wish every drs. office was like this.
I debated whether to write this review, but I’m sharing my experience to provide constructive feedback. I had a scheduled appointment and checked in approximately five minutes before my appointment time. I was asked to complete a form, which I did. After waiting about 20 minutes, I approached the front desk to ask whether there was an estimated wait time and was told they were unsure. Dr. Lalani and his team are absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable for my surgery at False Creek. Dr. Lalani is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. His assistants Renella and Melody were so on the ball with everything from start to finish. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for gynecological surgery. Wait times at this clinic are unbeatable as well.
This clinic was terrible. So unorganized, unprofessional. I was supposed to get a surgery by Dr, Lalani. One time, I got a phone call from BC women’s one day before the surgery which I totally didn’t know about the date and time. The office staff didn’t tell me the details. And I had to cancel it. Few weeks after, they called me and told that my surgery will be on Nov 1. When I reached out to them to cancel my surgery, they said my surgery was planned on Nov 8. Never planned on Nov 1.
