I could not recommend this place enough. They were absolutely fabulous, particularly Caleb. He was extremely reassuring and it felt like I was talking to somebody who was compassionate and empathetic. They took such good care of our girl. He even told the vet clinic that he brought her to (rather than mailing her) to give me a call as soon as possible to let me know she was ready for pick up. Caleb knew how much it meant for us to have our sweet Duchess back and for that, I'm forever grateful.
I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle such a delicate situation at such a terrible time. The staff was unbelievable.
We had our dog, Dexter, cremated with them and purchased a paw print to be made. We recieved the ashes, but no paw print. After contacting them a few times I finally got a call from Jack profusely apologizing and giving me a story about how it had been in a cabinet the whole time. We get it about a week later and ITS NOT EVEN OUR DOGS PRINT. He was less than 10 lbs, and we got a much larger print. I don't know if it was accidental. I don't know if it was a cover up. But now I'm not even sure if I have my dogs ashes.
Very unprofessional. I spoke with an older man named Jeff. He actually hung up on me after he wanted to send my pets ashes to me. I explained to him that they didn't have my pets ashes. Lack of empathy and compassion. Would never reccomend this business. Can't even return a phone call...
They took excellent care of our beloved Emma and her remains.
