This facility is terrible. Upon walking in all looks good however go upstairs and rooms dirty and food is not edible

Nasty how they operate limited supplies linens pampers to care for your loved one's staff shortage had to remove my mother out of here Nasty they make alot of money there's no reason why they have limited stuff wow over 1 million dollars a month crazy

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care Affinity has. I recently found my mother soaking wet in her bed, which is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that residents are not being changed frequently enough, and the lack of basic supplies like large diapers and pads only makes things worse. My mother is a big woman and needs the xxxl briefs ... she is getting a big rash this is soo unacceptable!!! I was treated like a celebrity, especially by Stephenie Crispin, aide Joseph and PT Kristina. Plus the rooms were big. I would recommend Affinity to others.

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision about Affinity. During the time my mother-in-law was staying on the second floor, east side, I observed several issues that deeply concerned me. First and foremost, the facility appears to be severely understaffed. The aides are overworked, which directly impacts the level of care that our loved ones require.
