I came here after a scary experience at the hospital, I was so happy at Affinity everyone was so nice and helpful. I would like to personally thank the Nurse Gabby and Social Worker Shantel. The ladies at the front desk as well. I recommend this place to anyone who needs care after Hospital.
I would recommend affinity to anybody. I have told my doctors and nurses this as well The food was good. The nurses were excellent. The AIDS were excellent. I got a lot out of PT as well
Very bad experience with Raymond in nursing, and even worse experience all around. My brother was admitted for about 3 weeks, I also had the displeasure of having to work with Ms. Shantel in Social Work. Her conduct was consistently unprofessional and did not reflect the level of leadership or competence expected in such a role. Communication was often unclear and dismissive, and concerns were not handled with the care or respect they deserved.
My grandma has been staying here for I believe 2 months. She kept telling us that one of the male nurses was extremely rude to her. But we didn’t know how true it was since she has major dementia. But we saw him actively talk to not just my grandma inappropriately but my family as well. This is completely unacceptable. I understand it can be hard having a help patients with dementia but they cannot help how they are. But YOU as a nurse should know that. And if you don’t you need to find another profession.

I was told I had to wear a diaper no meds and same nurse who I referred to as "Nurse Rachett"( one flew over the coo cooks nest) was yelling at me thus putting me into a severe anxiety or panic attack. I explained i used a wheelchair as foot was all broken up and other knee damaged, to go to the bathroom. No insisting on diapers, no meds etc ... read more
