As a resident here, I feel ignored and disrespected almost every day. The staff are often rude, and instead of being treated with kindness, I feel like I’m just a burden to them. The building is not kept clean, and it makes living here very uncomfortable. Many times I wait too long for help when I ring my call bell, and when someone finally comes, they act annoyed or rush me. This is supposed to be a place where people are cared for with dignity, but I don’t feel that way here. I often feel unsafe, lonely, and mistreated. If... read more
The charge nurse Jana and the other blonde nurse in the morning on 1 north have to be the pair of most unprofessional nurses I have ever come across. Both are extremely rude and dismissive towards everyone. Many patients and families have said the same. I wonder how Jana got her license, must've been down in florida. She comes into work already upset and not wanting to do her job.

The ladies in PT came up to my room every day, even though it was very difficult for me to get out of bed and come down to the gym and... read more

RN’s Jenn Dowling and Pedre Pierre, alone with CNA’s Maleita Osbourne and Elsie Lindor, cared for my father not just with medical skill, but with humanity, patience, and deep respect. Jen, Pedro, Maleita and Elsie each played a vital role in helping ... read more
Horrible place for your love ones, please consider before leaving them here! Food is disgusting , there no hygiene as well as how they treat the patient’s my relative lasted 1 week and came back with a huge bruise on his arm and complaint that they hit him inside, they were also giving him medication that that the dr had discontinued and antidepressants without patient or healthcare proxy’s consent! I regret ever sending my relative to this house of hell!
