Nurse are over work. To many director no enough cna or nurses food horrible the state doesn't do nothing at all. When they come there. Everything is fine. False image
I was disappointed with my experience with Chantel. Communication was poor, expectations were not met, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating.
Skeleton crew..ring the bell no one shows up. 2 aids to an entire floor. What the hell goes on In these places has totally shocked me.in an emergency last week I had to actually yell help.... before anyone came to assist a seizure patient. Unacceptable
I came here after a scary experience at the hospital, I was so happy at Affinity everyone was so nice and helpful. I would like to personally thank the Nurse Gabby and Social Worker Shantel. The ladies at the front desk as well. I recommend this place to anyone who needs care after Hospital.
