DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would. My father was brought here because he needed physical therapy treatment. I wish I would’ve known to request at-home PT rather than bringing him to this place which led us to our worst nightmare. He received very minimal PT attention to even justify his stay here. During his stay, we noticed that his eyes were rolling back and I told them that I immediately wanted him discharged so I can take him to the hospital. Staff is friendly and deliver the care my dad needs. I like that they check his blood pressure before administering blood pressure medication and that they check my dad's lungs frequently because he is prone to bronchitis (from laying on his back often). Thank you for all that you do!
Staff was friendly and helpful… and very patient when needed to be. Always can use more staff to meet the needs of a busy day. The team has a lot on their plates. PT/OT staff was helpful and informative. Only addition i would make to the rehab team is the flexibility to do some exercise/rehab in the patient rooms when the patients are feeling a bit “lazy” on any given day. Omg this is absolutely the cleanest most sweetest rehab I have ever even visited! My father has been to 3 rehabs so far and the way the nurses treat the patients (my dad included) is textbook - could not have been more stress free leaving my father there for a quick and speedy recovery! Def Monterey top choice and would highly recommend!
My stay at Affinity Rehab Center in August of 2025 was amazing. They helped me so much to get back on track when nobody thought I was going to. Thank you to all the staff members who were so nice and welcoming. Garlene, Rose, Georgia, Virginia, Maranda, Michelle, and Pete are the staff members that mainly helped me within my stay. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am now. Not that everybody wants to go to rehab, but if you do, this is the place to go.
