I do not care for this facility for my Dad, the food was cold, his cloths went missing and personal items. He had dirty urinated cloths in his closet that made the room smell. From the moment he went into this facility his health declined rapidly. He went from walking to sitting and never walking again because no physical therapy was provided. My mother has been in this facility for over a year, and the conditions continue to get worse. Having one nurse responsible for approximately 40 patients is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of care. The facility also appears to be rationing basic supplies. I asked a nurse for barrier cream because my mother was complaining that her buttocks were burning. The nurse told me, “We don’t have any. Nurse are over work. To many director no enough cna or nurses food horrible the state doesn't do nothing at all. When they come there. Everything is fine. False image
