Can’t say enough about the team here. I had a problem with a slide and didn’t know if it was major or minor. Wife and I are full time so repairs on the fly are usually tough as most repair facilities are booked weeks in advance. Call up and talked to a very nice lady who asked me to swing on by. The techs came out, looked at the issue and had a solution immediately. An hour later I was leaving with the problem solved. Terrific team, great service!!!
Second time we have driven across the country to get repairs done at Affinity. After 15 years of RV ownership we wouldn't take it anywhere else. The Affinity team is very professional, and does great work that they stand behind. Highly recommend Affinity.
Great people who really seem to care about what they do and genuinely want to do a good job. When i arrived to pick up my camper we were going over the completed repairs and found there were a couple of miscommunications and two things were not repaired properly. They pulled techs from what they we're working on and fixed them on the spot. I was very pleased, and would definitely recommend them to others.
Great friendly and professional staff. Very responsive to our questions and concerns. All work was well done and they even corrected a couple other items. When everything was complete they walked us thru what had been done and why. Very impressed and we will be back for future needs
