Affinity did a lot of work on almost every part of my RV. Their work is top quality. A couple weeks after picking up my trailer, I noticed a mistake. One way to judge a business is by the quality of their work. Another way is how they handle a problem. I'm impressed by both their work, and how they solved the problem. I already have an appointment next year to have my RV checked up.
We have a Solitude 369RSL that had some serious issues with the aluminum coach frame broken and other serious structural issues. We picked it up last Thursday and I have to say I couldn't have picked a better place to have the repairs done. When I dropped it off, Tammy and Rod spend a couple of hours going over what I wanted done and how to do it. I have 3 different 5th wheel in the last 5 years, and I just buy in June 2024 a New Redwood 4200FL 2024 and like every RV come with a lot of item to be fix and I take it to Affinity RV Group and is the best experience I ever had with a company that fix RV’s I can tell you with out mistake they’re the Best in the USA period. From the service, the attention to details, the way the make you feel and the respect they offer you. Trust me I don’t have enough world to describe this company.
