Great experience everyone is polite and very helpful. I have taken my camper there twice and would not hesitate to take it back in the future if need be. I have had work done on the outside and inside, they go that extra mile for there customers.
Made an appointment in April for June 1st, arrived at 8 am for my slideout pulleys repair/replacement. They worked on the slideout all day Monday and Tuesday and completed the repairs. I'm totally satisfied with the work. Great bunch of people.
Some of the best people I have encountered in the RV industry. They have always been a good resouce for what ever we have needed in keeping our 5th wheel in action. A big "Thank You!" to the whole team at Affinity.
These guys did an incredible job on our repair. We had a large crack develop on the driver side sidewall of our Grand Design Momentum that nobody anywhere near us wanted to repair since it was going to be such a large job to fix. We actually had a shop tell us it would probably be salvaged due to the problem. Luckily we found Affinity and after reading other reviews about them we were sold on them doing it. Met everyone at Affinity RV Group June 2020 From the front office to the crew, everyone makes you feel welcome. We had to leave our rig for 5 months due to Covid, parts were on backorder. I felt our rig was in good hands leaving it there. They did such a great job & the cost was much less then my dealer. We feel they are worth the travel to see them for all things RV. We stay in touch with them for friendship/maintenance. Good people
