Customer service has been excellent from being to end. Affinity kept me informed of every step being made. They handled all the insurance matters. Very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job putting the roof on and cleaning up afterwards.
Not real sure where all the 5 star reviews come from but I had an insurance claim from hail damage. Needless to say 12 months later still nothing. Armand kept telling me he was waiting on insurance Co. and in contact with them the week before. called insurance March 10 they told me my claim was closed in October and haven’t heard from Armand since. Armand and his team were great, working tirelessly, sometimes seven days a week. Armand was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, in addition to supervising the project throughout, and after the build. His build team performed over two thousand roofing projects to date. I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Affinity Restoration.
