Customer service has been excellent from being to end. Affinity kept me informed of every step being made. They handled all the insurance matters. Very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job putting the roof on and cleaning up afterwards.
Not real sure where all the 5 star reviews come from but I had an insurance claim from hail damage. Needless to say 12 months later still nothing. Armand kept telling me he was waiting on insurance Co. and in contact with them the week before. called insurance March 10 they told me my claim was closed in October and haven’t heard from Armand since.
