Been banking here for 15 years. GREAT credit union
I like small banks, but I may have to switch, they close way too early now at 4pm every day and are not open on Saturdays :(
Visited the NewHope location today. My experience was excellent! I greeted with a warm Hello and a smile when I walked in! Lobby was clean bright and inviting! The banker who helped me was so friendly so helpful and efficient! I needed a replacement card, a cash withdrawal and some other info! Process took less than 5 minutes! I wish I got the young bankers name! Short dark hair and glasses! Such a friendly warm person! Customer service with a smile is so important!!! Great job!!!
Honestly after about 18 years of being a loyal customer with affinity, trying to create a business account was so difficult that I went to a different bank
I like small banking, but I may have to switch, as they are not open on Sats and the lobby is alway understaffed. The atm's are sparse too. I hate to go back to big banks..but it's easier to actually get help
