I Bank here the teller's are always nice
I applied to be a member online and received an interview request to finalize my account. I decided to look into other options and never completed the appointment. Affinity Plus created an account any way and charged me the $10 to create a new savings. I called on 3/9/26 and told someone that it happened. They said they would look into it but haven't yet gotten back to me or reversed the charge. I find this totally shocking.
Went in person to join the credit union and they sent us home to apply online.
