Real, honest, great people, great services.
Loan officers refuse to do basic due diligence on loan applications per policy. When confronted with this information, Affinity reps just shrug and refuse to help address the issue. I appreciate that they showed their lack of customer service early so I did not waste more time with them
There's a lot to be said about an establishment that can hold on to the same employees for decades. They always treat me like I'm their only customer. What a refreshing way to manage your finances. I highly recommend them.
They ran my credit now I have a hard inquiry when they specifically told me they wouldn’t they didn’t want to help fix it either. I don’t think the people here are competent. I’ve had affinity bank for a few years now and I would not recommend this location.
