Can be really busy , but good.
I love this branch, but if you're going to let Gopher fans park in the lot on Game Day, you might as well not open the lobby. Having signs that the lot is for the bank only and then not doing anything to enforce just means customers get screwed on the one day we can get to the bank. Just close the lot and charge for parking if you're going to let this happen
Do not use for business accounts! They have very low limits for deposits and for external transfers, and they can be super-rude about it. When you call, you will wait through 12 other callers while listening to the world's most anxiety-inducing hold music. And then a very stern person will treat you like you're stupid for wanting to deposit or withdraw money, and they will sternly inform you that you cannot withdraw more than $3,000 per day or deposit more than $25,000. This has been my go-to branch since 2020 and I have never had any issues. There were times where the drive thru lanes were longer than usual, but I mostly experienced that during COVID years. The majority of my visits have been related to depositing cash, so I can’t speak on my experience with other services. Additionally, with their app, I’m able to make check deposits without having to visit the branch anymore which saves me time.
