I've had accounts with affinity since the 80's. I've always appreciated the line staff who I find helpful and friendly. I don't know if it's common in the industry but in the last few years I've experienced really annoying events. Twice on non domestic vacations our credit cards were not accepted. Another, my wife's credit card was compromised and it was a hassle to resolve. Finally, I've been involved with a credit card fraud originating summer of 25.
