We love our pool, and we are so very pleased with the help we have received from Affinity. We are first time pool owners so we have needed some education, and Fero and Peter have been very helpful and friendly.
Im not satisfied with the end product. When I first hired affinity the process started out great, but quickly the communications stopped, texts not responded to. I was left with a mud put in my backyard. After I left a bad google review, they contacted me and said if I delete the review things would change, so i agreed and things did change drastically. Affinity Outdoor installed our pool and has provided maintenance ever since. Possibly Not the least expensive alternative but they are there once a week without fail and are very quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend
I have to say Affinity pool and the team have been incredible to have help work on and maintain our pool. Fero has been awesome! Professional, prompt, and experienced every time to work on our unit. I highly recommend them! -Gus
