My parents had a pool installed. They were excited in the beginning and things started out well, but it didn’t end well. The communication has come to a screeching halt, the pool deck is cracking and I can tell my parents were disappointed. You live and you learn.

I cannot recommend this company. Our pool deck was cracking before they finished the job. The communication has completely dropped off. I've come to grips that the pool deck will not be resolved and it will probably need to be replaced in 12 months but the thing that bothers me is that lack of communication. What happens if my pool needs repaired? They're not responding. So under no circumstances should you use this company.

We love our pool, and we are so very pleased with the help we have received from Affinity. We are first time pool owners so we have needed some education, and Fero and Peter have been very helpful and friendly.

Im not satisfied with the end product. When I first hired affinity the process started out great, but quickly the communications stopped, texts not responded to. I was left with a mud put in my backyard. After I left a bad google review, they contacted me and said if I delete the review things would change, so i agreed and things did change drastically.
