I'm a self pay patient, normal visit is $250 out of the blue I get a $78 bill saying I owe 5 month later, spoke to the manager it's our system it doesn't know your self pay, really that's a odd system never happened before, she'll zero it out, this been few weeks, still says I owe, makes me wonder how many people just pay it unexpectedly and don't need to, this is sketchy and manager won't let me speak to Dr. Dk about this
Dr. DK is amazing. He is very patient, caring, thorough And knowledgeable. I gave three stars because his office staff has much room for improvement. I don’t think anyone in that office knows what’s going on and everybody works in Silos. Nobody knows what the other person‘s doing nobody even cares what the other person‘s doing they don’t talk to each other they don’t return phone calls, voicemails or emails.. it is beyond frustrating. Dr. Dike is amazing. Very attentive, listens to you and communicates very well. His office staff on the other hand is Sub Par.. Front desk girl acts like she hates her job, getting ahold of anyone to take care of anything is a full time job to get them to respond or call you back. Shouldn’t take multiple calls to get something handled. If you can get past the gatekeepers then you’re in good hands.
I saw Dr. Dike today and was immediately impressed with the level of care I received from both him and his PA. I have been dealing with tingling in feet for months, and finally feel like I am headed towards a solution, thanks to Dr. Dike. He and his team were incredibly thorough in getting my medical history, talking with me, asking the right questions, and also running the correct tests.
