Dr Laura was my first endocrinologist post cancer surgery in 2010. She was very diligent in getting my medications correct. I had to leave her because of insurance. We moved to Wisconsin Rapids in 2020. I did not find a competent endocrinologist. In Sept 2025, major issues started with my medications. I saw 2 endocrinologist. Gave me a chronic disease diagnosis & meds with zero education. Told me there was nothing I could do to improve my health (ie lifestyle changes would not have an impact & anything that said otherwise was false). Incorrectly documented my family medical history. Appeared to be threatened & very dismissive by my questions, eager to hand off to PCP.
When my sister brought me with my Mother's appt to Dr Andrews, she was not open to any questions or concerns. I asked about my Mother possibly having adrenal issues as alot of the symptoms she was having pointed to adrenals. Dr Andrews said; "I am the DOCTOR here. She could not have adrenal fatigue because she has 2 of them." Mother then had to wait until she was 90 years of age and SOMEONE diagnosed her correctly or at least better than Dr. Andrews. I believe my mother also needed to be supplemented with liquid Vit D3 & K2 ... read more
