I went to this office at 10:30 AM this morning December 22, 2025. There was no one in the building besides me and the one lady that was working. I showed her that I had a urine test to be completed. She proceeded to tell me that she would not be able to do my test because she had an 11 o’clock appointment coming in and because I had not made an appointment, I have been to this facility many many many times due to needing regular drug screens due to my work in the medical field. My lab order was sent to them week of March 24-27, they told my Dr they didn't have me on file. They never contacted me when they got the order. I had phoned in the previous week to see if they had the order, they didn't. I contacted my Dr twice requesting the order, followed up the previous week, but didn't follow up that week. I have been there at least 4-5 times on previous orders, they should have had me on file

The two ladies that took care of my husband and myself on Monday Feb 3rd were absolutely wonderful! We got there early and they even took us in alittle early and we’re so pleasant! We had a health evaluation for our new life insurance and it was a pleasure!
I have been coming to Mrs. Virginia and her wonderful team since 2020. I love this office. Everytime I come here the service is swift, team is caring, lab is clean, results timely and lab prices are more than fair. Mrs. Virginia cares about what she does and it shows in the way she cares for clients. If I could give this lab 10 Stars I would. Thank you Virginia and your amazing team for ALL YOU DO.
