I rented a vehicle from Abdul, and the entire experience was excellent. He provided a good-quality vehicle that perfectly suited all the needs of my family. The transaction was smooth and hassle free from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Avoid this company at all costs! This car rental company is completely untrustworthy. They collect your personal information and credit card details, then make unauthorized charges under various excuses. I had a terrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone. Be very careful — they use shady practices and are not transparent at all.
Beware of this company! I was given a loaner car from Honda Maple for 24 hours, and it had a malfunctioning gas tank. The representative, Abdul, inspected the car with me beforehand but later blamed me for the issue. When I tried to refuel before returning it, the gas tank wouldn’t open. Even a Honda service rep couldn’t open it without a tool and discovered a missing car part. Despite this, Abdul argued with me for 30 minutes and even suggested it was my fault.
