I had to take my 2023 Q3 in for repair. The morning I had to drop it off, Affinity brought the rental vehicle within minutes and it was the same make as my car, making the transition seamless. When having to deal with my insurance company which was very slow in returning information, Navid was very patient and not pushy in requesting compensation for the rental. Overall, the service was great.

I was referred to this company directly by my auto Body Shop (Awin downtown Bodyshop). Which made direct arrangements through my insurance for my car rental. As my vehicle was getting repair from damages by another party. The first car i received was not up to par with the vehicle I drive. I drive a fully loaded vehicle and receive a base model that was larger than the car that I possess.
