Contacted these people to see what they offered as far as equipment. Got an answering machine. Left a message but never received a call back. Figured I would just get the doctor to send in the prescription for a medical bed and other supplies. Still no call after 5 calls and 5 messages to a voice-mail to Chris, and two weeks now without a call back nor medical equipment. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. Will never waste time again with this outfit.
Chris is an absolute sanity saver! When I called him this morning for a medical device for my daughter, I was almost in tears. I had been given the run around by a doctor and the pharmacy. He did not hesitate to help. Walked me through the ordering process and was so calm and helpful. I cannot thank him enough - highly recommending Affinity Home Medical!
