They refuse to pay my medical bills because they claim a hospital indemnity plan is primary insurance, which I have been assured it is not and is simply emergency coverage for household bills. They are making me choose between receiving medical care or keeping my indemnity plan. Have contacted my representative’s office to see what they think about this.

I'm leaving a 4 star review for the insurance aspect of it. The coverage and authorization process is great but the reason I'm docking a star is because there aren't a lot of specialists that take Molina managed medicaid. That is the only issue I have with them. Customer service is great. It's a shame not a lot of doctor's take it. I have no idea why but if they expand that area I will be back!
